One&Only – Portonovi

Presenting a very interesting project at the prestigious hotel One and Only in Herceg Novi. We have delivered the motorized shading, lighting control system, lighting fixtures, HVAC system as well as Lutron system. All of this is integrated to the system by our certified engineers who worked very hard on the realization of this project.Presenting a project of Branded Villas that are a part of One & Only Hotel Complex at Kumbor, Herceg Novi, operated by KERZNER International.
We had a chance to deliver Lutron Motorized Window Treatment – roller blinds, venetian wood blinds and curtain tracks as well as Lutron HWQS control system for lighting and HVAC, all independently commissioned and integrated by our certified engineers and programmers.
This project is awarded with Letter of commendation by Director Global engineering&Asset management of Kerzner international, mr Jamey Ford.
We also delivered the outdoor lighting fixtures.
